How long does a session last and how many will I need to attend?
Each session lasts for an hour. The number of sessions required will depend on your unique situation. Some issues may take only a few sessions while others may require a series.
Do I need a referral?
You don’t need a referral to book a session at Cloudberry Clinic (unless you wish to be eligible for a Medicare rebate).
Can I claim consultations with Medicare?
Your GP can determine if you are eligible for services that are funded by Medicare and will provide you with a referral or Mental Health Care Plan to access the appropriate rebate.
Can I claim through my private health fund?
Depending on your provider and level of cover, you may be able to claim. However, you can’t claim from Medicare and your health fund for the same session.
What are the payment options?
Payment is accepted at the time of consultation by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or EFTPOS. Medicare and most private health fund claims can be made onsite through our HICAPS terminal with your rebate processed on the spot. Please note that on the spot rebates require an eftpos card with savings or cheque facility.
Do I attend the sessions by myself?
You may choose to attend your initial session alone or with your partner, support person, or infant.
Do I have to attend the clinic for a consultation?
Phone consultations are available in business hours. Medicare does not offer a rebate for this service.
Are group programs available?

Do you have testimonials?
While we have frequent positive reviews, our governing body (AHPRA) states that we are prohibited from displaying these on our website. We do however encourage your feedback, both positive and constructive.
