Client Rights & Complaints
At Cloudberry Clinic, we are committed to providing psychological care that is respectful, ethical, and grounded in professional standards.
Your rights as a client
Clients have the right to:
- Be treated with care, respect, and dignity
- Receive psychological services that are ethical and evidence-based
- Have their privacy and confidentiality respected
- Ask questions about their care and treatment options
Raising concerns
If you have any concerns about your care or your experience at Cloudberry Clinic, we encourage you to raise them directly with your psychologist or contact the clinic.
Where possible, concerns are best addressed through open and respectful conversation.
External complaints
If a concern cannot be resolved within the clinic, you may contact an external body for further support, including:
- The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- The Health Care Complaints Commission (NSW)
We welcome feedback as part of our commitment to reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
